Join CAE’s Global Training Standards team as a Training Standards & ODA (Organisation Design Authorization) Compliance Coordinator based in Burgess Hill (UK), Amsterdam (Netherlands), or Madrid (Spain).
The Training Standards & ODA Compliance Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and regulatory compliance support across CAE’s global Training Standards organisation and the Airmen Certification ODA Unit. This hybrid role supports the execution of Instructor Development & Standardisation (IDS) programmes, contributes to the operation of CAE’s Part 142 Airmen Certification Organisation Designation Authorisation (AC ODA), and enables effective monitoring, scheduling, documentation, and communication across global training centres.
The role supports standardisation and regulatory documentation, coordinates training and examiner‑related activities, contributes to ODA recordkeeping and audit readiness, and facilitates communication across Operations, Training Delivery, Standards, and the ODA Unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Civil Global Instructor Development & Training (IDT) and standardisation activities, including audits, qualification sessions, and resource allocation.
- Maintain standardisation dashboards, metrics, OKRs/KPIs, reporting tools, and courseware tracking systems.
- Support global project management activities by updating documentation, aligning processes, and tracking deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and workflow across Training Standards, Civil Global IDT, Training Delivery, Operations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support daily ODA operations, including examiner scheduling, qualification tracking, recordkeeping, and monitoring examiner and Senior Examiner currency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining controlled documents, supporting audits, tracking amendments, and ensuring alignment with FAA, EASA, ICAO, and CAE policies.
- Provide administrative coordination across regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA), including meeting organisation, documentation management, and stakeholder support.
- Contribute to safe, compliant, and standardised training operations through accurate coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational, technical, or administrative diploma or degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in training administration, regulatory compliance, aviation training, testing/checking, or a complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and regulatory processes with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance-driven environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and training/LMS tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in aviation training, regulatory compliance, or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑site operations.
- Familiarity with FAA, EASA, and/or ICAO regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting audits or regulatory inspections.
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or data tracking systems.
- Experience supporting senior instructional or regulatory personnel.
