The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is a strategic and operational recruitment expert responsible for delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes across Elekta. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. The role combines hands‑on sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the ability to influence hiring quality and diversity across a global, complex organisation. Strategic Talent Partnering
- Serve as a strategic partner and single point of contact for hiring managers on all recruitment planning and process matters.
- Provide expert advice on role scoping, job description development, hiring strategy, and market feasibility.
- Use market data and insights to shape hiring decisions, influence search direction, and build talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Full‑Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding collaboration.
- Conduct thorough pre‑screening interviews, assessing both capability and cultural fit.
- Ensure a consistently high‑quality candidate experience at every touch point.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines, with a focus on diverse and critical skills.
- Source through multiple channels, including professional networks, social platforms, and niche communities.
- Govern and maintain the PSL for a select number of agencies for particularly niche positions.
- Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants and high‑potential talent.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on requisition progress, market response, and risks.
- Champion diversity and support inclusive hiring decisions through structured processes and objective evaluation methods.
Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Create and share talent market landscape visualizations to support decision‑making.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Elekta’s global TA processes, Workday guidelines, and standards.
Projects & Cross‑Functional Work
- Lead or contribute to HR and TA‑related projects, including employer branding, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Support TA transformation initiatives, including global standardization and automation efforts.
Essential
- Proven experience in international recruitment, ideally within tech, engineering, or related specialist domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.
- Expertise in full‑cycle recruiting and evidence‑based assessment methods.
- High proficiency in sourcing techniques and use of social/professional platforms.
- Strong project management and data literacy skills.
