In this role, you will play a key part in executing our global marketing strategy across Elekta’s solutions portfolio, ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, commercial priorities, and our product and service offerings. As a strategic thinker with deep insight into the radiotherapy ecosystem, emerging trends, and value‑based care models, you will drive differentiation, support market leadership, and enhance how Elekta communicates value to clinicians, healthcare providers, and decision‑makers worldwide.
What you’ll do at Elekta
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and own the global solutions marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for integrated portfolio offerings.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for solutions that combine products, services, and financial models.
- Partner with commercial, product management, and regional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Portfolio & Integrated Portfolio Value Proposition and Messaging
- Define integrated solution messaging based on customer insight, clinical workflows, and economic outcomes.
- Create compelling narratives that articulate clinical, operational, and financial benefits for targeted audiences (e.g., C‑Suite, HoD) ensuring differentiation versus competitors through evidence and superior claim‑based marketing.
- Partner closely with Med. Affairs and clinical regional teams to gain clinical and economic claims / insights on which to center marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., digital health, AI, interoperability) and translate into actionable marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with product management to ensure that key product differentiation is reflected in marketing messaging.
- Apply global market segmentation, portfolio competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping for portfolio solutions to drive positioning and messaging.
- Commercial Enablement
- Develop sales enablement tools, training, and content to support solution selling.
- Collaborate with regional and marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs.
- Marketing: Thought Leadership & Demand Generation
- Position Elekta as a trusted partner through campaigns, events, and content marketing focused on Solutions.
- Drive demand generation programs leveraging omnichannel marketing and digital platforms.
- Foster collaboration across marketing, commercial, sales, and product organizations.

- Experience working in complex, matrixed, global organizations.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, solution marketing, or campaign marketing within Med Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of foundational solution marketing concepts, including positioning, targeting, segmenting, personas, and value articulation.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or complex B2B solutions experience strongly preferred.
