This is a self‑employed (CIS) role for a mobile Multi‑Trader/Carpenter covering the South of England, including London, as far north as Norwich and as far west as Bristol. The position involves carrying out both reactive and quoted works across commercial properties such as restaurants, nurseries, and our contracted airports listed below.

  • London Gatwick Airport
  • London Heathrow Airport
  • London Stansted Airport
  • Bournemouth Airport
  • Southampton Airport
  • Norwich Airport
  • Southend Airport

You will be issued a full access pass for each designated airport, requiring a complete DBS check and detailed work history. Our work also extends to transport hubs, including St Pancras Station and the Eurotunnel. Most tasks are carried out during the night; occasional day shifts may be necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified, time‑served Multi‑Trader/Carpenter with solid experience across relevant trades.

Requirements:
  • City & Guilds qualified Carpenter (cards & certificates will be audited prior to this role being offered) or time‑served multi‑trader
  • Clean criminal record
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS (or desire to carry this out)
  • Ability to prove 5‑year work history
  • Competent to work amongst a team
  • IT literate (work notes are recorded via a PDA app)

This role includes the provision of a sign‑written van and fuel card, for use during working hours only. The vehicle will be equipped with a tracker and dashcam. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with an established presence across all major airport locations south of Norwich.
