  • Develop reporting models to support financial performance, commercial insight, and management reporting
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned to finance definitions and controls
  • Enable self‑service reporting, reducing reliance on ad hoc data requests
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency, usability, and insight quality
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support decision‑making, business cases, and performance deep dives
  • Produce documentation and guidance to support adoption and consistent use of reporting tools
  • Become certified in future finance data platforms and support the development of consistent underlying finance data models
  • Act as a subject matter expert for finance reporting tools, standards, and best practices

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a Finance Data Analyst, Finance MI, or Finance Reporting Analyst role
  • Strong understanding of finance reporting, performance management, and management information
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel, with a proven track record of reporting automation
  • Ability to design end‑to‑end reporting solutions from requirements through to delivery and adoption
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy
  • Proactive mindset with a strong interest in finance automation and analytics

Nice to have

  • Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an asset‑heavy or operationally complex environment
  • Understanding of analytics architecture (data models, semantic layers, governed reporting)
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks for Finance, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting reporting transformation initiatives

In return we offer

  • Discretionary Bonus Scheme
  • Volunteering Leave
  • Life Assurance
  • Pension Scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
