We are an established, fast-moving marketing solutions company known for delivering high-quality work and exceptional service. As we continue to evolve and improve how we operate, we’re looking for someone capable, organised, and commercially aware to take ownership of a key coordination role within the business.
The role
You will sit at the centre of the business, supporting commercial activity, managing workflow, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from enquiry through to delivery. You’ll need to be confident, detail-focused, and comfortable taking responsibility.
Duties include:
- Preparing and supporting client quotations, ensuring accuracy and commercial awareness
- Speaking with and negotiating suppliers to secure best pricing and service
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Managing production workflow and scheduling, keeping jobs on track
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining and working across our Print Management System
