About the Role
We're looking for a People Experience Advisor to join our People team on a 12-Month FTC and help shape the future of how HR is delivered across the business.
This is not a traditional People Experience Advisor role.
Whilst you'll still provide operational HR support and help deliver key people processes, a significant part of your role will be focused on identifying smarter ways of working, leveraging technology, improving processes, and championing innovative thinking across the organisation.
Reporting to a Senior People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in challenging the status quo, driving operational excellence, and helping managers and employees embrace new ways of working.
You'll be someone who naturally asks "Why do we do it this way?" and enjoys finding better, faster and more effective solutions.
We are looking for someone who is curious and passionate about AI, automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement, and who can inspire others to think differently about how HR can add value to the business.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Provide professional support on day-to-day People queries, including policies, absence, leave, benefits and employee lifecycle matters.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, delivering a positive employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate People processes through technology, AI and systems.
- Support the development and optimisation of HR systems, workflows and integrations.
- Review existing processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and implement practical improvements.
- Support the adoption of new technologies, digital tools and AI solutions across the People function.
- Create and maintain process documentation and guidance materials.
- Champion innovation and encourage new ways of working.
- Support wider People projects, initiatives and organisational change programmes.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in a People, HR Operations, People Systems or Process Improvement role.
- Experience using HR systems and technology to improve processes and employee experience.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation, digital transformation and the future of work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to challenge and improve existing processes.
- Creative, solutions-focused thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, curious and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, workflow automation or system implementation projects is desirable.
- The ability to influence others and encourage smarter ways of working.
You'll be successful in this role if you
- Regularly identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
- Use technology and automation to remove manual, repetitive tasks.
- Challenge existing processes constructively and confidently.
- Help managers and employees adopt more efficient ways of working.
- Drive continuous improvement across the People function.
- Act as an ambassador for innovation, digital thinking and operational excellence.
- In return we offer
- Pension Scheme
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- 28 days of annual leave with an option to buy or sell an additional 5 days per year
- Social events and much more
