We currently have a vacancy for a Learning Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Assistant at any stage in their career to join Manor Primary School, which forms part of our Didcot cluster of schools. Our school has a passion and understanding of what effective learning is and we help to inspire our pupils to be the best they can be. In return for your hard work we can offer excellent CPD opportunities and the support of a strong collaborative team.

About The Didcot Cluster

Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School make up the Didcot Cluster, a newly established cluster of schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School, the wider Oxfordshire cluster includes; William Morris, Longford Park, Hardwick and Cherry Fields. The Details

  • Start Date: December 2025
  • Salary: Associate 2 - £23,651 FTE Actual Salary: £18,368
  • Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (32.5 hours per week) term time + Inset days (39 weeks)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Closing Date: 30th November 2025
