The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are looking for a part time receptionist to be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. The role is 30 hours spread across 4 days:
- Mon: 5 hours, 12PM - 6PM
- Tues: 9 hours, 8PM - 6PM
- Thurs: 5 hours, 12PM - 6PM
- Fri: 9 hours, 8PM - 6PM
Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing patients
- Effective use of the appointment system
- Booking appointments
- Processing of information
- Assisting patients as required
To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
We are a large training practice with teams comprising of clinical and non-clinical staff, with the experience and knowledge to support the Practice.
