Manor London is an independent gym set up and run by a team of former athletes and coaches, we believe in a straightforward, no gimmicks approach to fitness and training. Our brand is built around a core community and a coaching culture, created to empower and educate our members about their bodies, minds and overall wellness.
In addition to our public offerings, we work privately with residential and corporate operators to provide wellness and fitness services, managing 30 locations across the UK and facilitating nearly 500 monthly sessions. Our mission is to positively impact the social, mental, and physical health of 10 million people.
Role Description
This is a Community Host position, working with one of our partners Mason & Fifth at their newest and biggest building yet, situated in the Westbourne Park area. We will be operating \'The Grounding\', a holistic wellbeing and community space offering transformative movement, mindfulness, and social connection through classes, events, and personalised experiences. Anchored in three pillars — Rebalance (physical health), Restore (mental wellbeing), and Reconnect (community) — it helps residents and guests ground themselves, find balance, and build meaningful connections.
As a Community Host at The Grounding, your role is to create a welcoming, organised, and community-focused environment for all members. You play a key part in shaping the member experience, ensuring each person feels at ease and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You’re not just the first point of contact but also a friendly face that fosters connection and comfort throughout their time at the gym.You are a valuable part of the team and responsible for the nurturing and growth of the Grounding community.
