At Manor Interior Solutions, we're looking for a capable, ambitious and hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment business.

We're not necessarily looking for an established Commercial Manager. We're looking for someone with the experience, attitude and ambition to become one.

You'll work closely with our Directors and Project Managers, taking ownership of the commercial aspects of projects while helping us strengthen and develop the way we operate.

  • Overseeing subcontractor procurement and commercial agreements.

  • Improving commercial processes and digital reporting.
  • Gradually taking on greater commercial responsibility.

What we're looking for

  • Ideally 5–10 years' construction QS experience.
  • Experience in refurbishment, fit-out or specialist contracting would be particularly useful.
  • Strong commercial judgement and good organisational skills.
  • Someone comfortable working independently and getting involved in the details.
  • A practical, down-to-earth attitude and genuine ambition to progress.

Why join us?

We're an established, growing contractor delivering commercial refurbishment, fit-out and specialist construction projects across several sectors.

We're a hands-on business where people have a voice, decisions get made and good ideas are welcomed.

This is a genuine opportunity to build your career towards a senior commercial management role while making a visible contribution to the business.
