Key Responsibilities
Our Breakfast Chef will:
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with kitchen standards
Ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service for hotel guests
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all breakfast offerings
Prepare ingredients and mise en place for breakfast service
Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
Support the wider kitchen team as required and contribute to a positive working environment
Person Specification
Our Breakfast Chef will:
Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment, ideally preparing breakfast dishes
Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work early morning shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
