Manor House is a luxury hotel, restaurant, wedding venue and event space in the Yorkshire village of Lindley. This is a modern, exciting hotel, with a stand out design and team. We are looking for passionate people who are committed to delivering a memorable guest experience like no other.

We are looking for a Commis/Demi Chef to join our family of Culinary professionals. With 2 kitchens and multiple food operations (3 AA rosette fine dine restaurant, afternoon tea, informal bistro and banqueting up to 200), this is a great opportunity for a Commis Chef to learn all sections of the Kitchen, whilst receiving constant coaching & support from our senior team. Learning to prepare, cook and present to the highest of standards.

As Commis/Demi Chef you will:

  • Assist and learn from the senior team, in food preparation, cooking and presentation.
  • Utilise the best of seasonal ingredients.
  • Be involved in the development of menus.
  • Help maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Be involved in stock control and orders.
  • Be trained across all different sections of the Kitchen.
  • Have a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential.
