Manor House Care Home is a large, purpose built service providing tailored care for up to 125 residents across several specialist divisions. Within our 40 bed Complex Dementia Unit, we provide specialist dementia care in a structured and supportive environment for residents living with advanced cognitive needs, focused on dignity, stability and wellbeing.

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, person centred care within one of our specialist services. Opportunities are available within our General Nursing Unit, Complex Dementia Unit and Mental Health Services, supporting adults with a range of complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, daily routines, nutrition and meaningful engagement, helping to promote dignity, wellbeing and independence. Working closely with Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will follow individual care plans and contribute to a safe, stable and supportive environment. Whether you are new to care or bringing previous experience, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills within a specialist care setting.
