Key Tasks will involve

  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Greet and seat guests in accordance with the restaurants table plan.
  • Take restaurant bookings accordingly.
  • Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements.
  • Ensure to maximise capacity and number of covers in the restaurant without compromising service.
  • Ensure that all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed.
  • Coordinate with restaurant team about available seating options.
  • Have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
  • Ensure a positive farewell experience as diners leave the restaurant.
