Key Tasks will involve:
- Assist with greeting, seating and order taking.
- Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring that requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner.
- Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately.
- Communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return.
- Understand your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification.
- Look professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered.
- More importantly, you must enjoy what you do! Have a great personality, be confident, and have a ‘can do attitude’.
