Key responsibilities for the Senior Meetings & Events Supervisor are; Be fully conversant with all Meeting & Event rooms, layouts, product availability and all other associated aspects. Ensure that M&E rooms not in use are in an appropriate state for show-rounds of potential customers. Be present to meet and greet customers checking requirements and passing on relevant information (e.g. fire evacuation procedure, directions etc.). Supervise events such as private dinning/weddings/anniversaries etc. Ensure superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests are maintained. Ensure all areas are clean and maintained at all times. Desired attributes for the Senior Meetings & Events Supervisor include; Ability to think on your feet if required. Excellent communication skills. Experience of hotel environment is an advantage.
