Key Tasks will involve:
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Greet and seat guests in accordance with the restaurants table plan.
- Take restaurant bookings accordingly.
- Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements.
- Ensure to maximise capacity and number of covers in the restaurant without compromising service.
- Ensure that all guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed.
- Coordinate with restaurant team about available seating options.
- Have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
- Ensure a positive farewell experience as diners leave the restaurant.
