Manor High School is seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support our SEND intervention programme. Working with the SENCO and Deputy SENCO, you will lead literacy, language and numeracy interventions, monitor progress and adapt provision to meet identified needs.
You will work independently with pupils and small groups, contribute to whole-school inclusion and help secure positive outcomes for pupils with SEND, with a focus on developing communication and language skills.
