Join our Pastoral Team as an Assistant Pastoral Leader responsible for supporting the behaviour and attendance of a year group, and working together to help students be the best versions of themselves at all times.
Responsibilities
- Support the behaviour and attendance of a named year group.
- Work closely with Standards and Progress Leaders who assume overall responsibility for each year group to ensure high-quality pastoral care for students.
- Support students to develop academically, socially and emotionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues to help deliver the school vision of Excellent People, Excellent Results.
- Contribute to a growing pastoral team to meet school goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills.
