The predicted salary is between 26656 - 37320 £ per year.

Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week, year round position on a 3-week rolling rota. The shifts will be 7.30am to 3.30pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm, 9.00am to 5.00pm. £26,656 per annum plus £400 on call allowance.

For this role you will need the ability to undertake maintenance activities including repairs, painting tasks, basic plumbing and carpentry. You will need to be confident in dealing with car park traffic and drivers. You must have a meticulous approach to cleaning and sanitising duties and cover out of hours call outs on a rota basis.
