Manor Grange Care Home is a purpose built 83 bed care home located in the Pinkhill area of Edinburgh, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care. The home offers a well established and supportive environment where team members can deliver high quality, person centred care as part of a professional and dedicated team.

£13.60 per hour

22 hours per week

Saturday and Sunday, dayshift

Pension, Paid PVG, SSSC registration paid, Uniform provided, Onsite parking

5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
