We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to lead our local housekeeping operation across our portfolio of beautiful Cotswolds holiday cottages.
- 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting a team of housekeepers
- Recruitment, training and rota planning
- Maintaining exceptional property standards
- Stock, linen and supplier management
- Building strong relationships with cleaners and contractors
- Supporting guests and owners with occasional on-call cover
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience leading people and teams
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
