Responsibilities
- Promote excellent attendance by engaging with students, families, school staff and external agencies.
- Deliver targeted family support to address barriers to learning.
- Analyse attendance data, identify trends, and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Build positive relationships through home visits and ongoing outreach.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and external partners to support safeguarding and student wellβbeing.
- Monitor progress and adjust approaches to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for safeguarding and supporting young people.
- Proactive, compassionate, and highly organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using data to inform decisions and drive attendance improvements.
- Ability to build rapport with students, families and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

- Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only.
