Manor Adventure is seeking an exceptional UK Operations Manager – East to lead three established adventure centres: Norfolk Lakes and Isle of Wight, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic oversight to ensure safety, quality and value in every customer experience.
You will work with Centre Leadership Teams and central functions to maintain high standards, drive improvements where sensible, and uphold Manor Adventure's ethos and proven procedures.
