Purpose: Effectively manage the receipt and dispatch of goods in addition to E-commerce order fulfilment, to ensure operational excellence and best practice in movement of finished goods.
Responsibilities:
- Record, receive and control goods received in accordance with the packing list.
- Shelve products in accordance with internal procedures, to ensure smooth function of the warehouse.
- Process the goods using the warehouse or company software.
- Pick, pack and ship the goods to Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels.
- Process orders for HO requests.
- Management of all paperwork including packing lists, delivery notes and transport documents.
- Working to expected Health and Safety standards for all tasks including housekeeping.
- Process all tasks in line with identified procedures and WMS rulings.
- Report any defective product to Senior Repairs.
