Full time, on-site role: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Purpose: Effectively manage the receipt and dispatch of goods in addition to E-commerce order fulfilment, to ensure operational excellence and best practice in movement of finished goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Record, receive and control goods received in accordance with the packing list.
  • Shadow the warehouse manager and take on duties in his or her absence.
  • First point of contact for head office and retail functions.
  • Shelve products in accordance with internal procedures, to ensure smooth function of the warehouse.
  • Process the goods using the warehouse or company software.
  • Pick, pack and ship the goods to UK, France and Italy based stores.
  • Pick, pack and ship the goods to other customers.
  • Allocate, pick pack and ship ecommerce orders.
  • Process and quality control of ecommerce returns.
  • Quality control of goods, according to internal procedures.
  • Shipping optimisation for London, France and Italy.
  • Management of all paperwork including packing lists, delivery notes and transport documents.
  • Work with courier companies and Italian warehouse.
  • Working to expected Health and Safety standards for all tasks including housekeeping.
  • Process all tasks in line with identified procedures and WMS rulings.
  • Any other tasks as requested.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience working within Warehouse and logistics.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
