Purpose: Effectively manage the receipt and dispatch of goods in addition to E-commerce order fulfilment, to ensure operational excellence and best practice in movement of finished goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehousing
    • Record, receive and control goods received in accordance with the packing list.
    • Shelve products in accordance with internal procedures, to ensure smooth function of the warehouse.
    • Process the goods using the warehouse or company software.
    • Pick, pack and ship the goods to Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale channels.
    • Process orders for HO requests.
    • Management of all paperwork including packing lists, delivery notes and transport documents.
    • Working to expected Health and Safety standards for all tasks including housekeeping.
    • Process all tasks in line with identified procedures and WMS rulings.
  • Quality Control
    • Report any defective product to Senior Repairs & Returns Specialist.
    • Perform small repairs in house.
    • Liaise with Senior Repairs & Returns Specialist for any advice on defect classification and repair.
    • Send weekly reports of defective stock to stakeholders involved.
    • Maintain spare part inventory.
    • Process and quality control of ecommerce returns.
    • Any other tasks as requested.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Manual repairs skills.
  • Experience working within Warehouse and logistics.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.
