Purpose

To maintain the company's Systems and related areas of concern. To develop internal and external relationships, and work alongside suppliers who help to manage business systems technology used by the company. To help establish secure, stable and accurate data storage infrastructure and access protocols and rules within the company. Work closely with the Systems Manager who owns the company’s Systems and integrations map. Design, test, implement, and document integrations and new functionality to include AI initiatives. Provide Systems & integration support to all business users, including training and associated documentation, globally. Predominantly a hands‑on technical role, the Integrations Engineer will be required to become a subject matter expert for IT Processes, understand existing integrations and develop new ones in line with Strategic projects and Manolo Blahnik framework. Manage installations and configurations as well as run administration on a range of Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full system integration lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test, deploy and handover within the existing iPaas solution.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Lead the design and build of AI solutions, ensuring effective use of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate tools, data sources and automation into enterprise workflows.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and deployment issues, providing root‑cause analysis reports and long‑term remediation solutions for core business systems.
  • Perform enterprise analysis in line with business requirements and strategic projects.
  • Produce and present technical documentation and solution designs to key business stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute implementation workstreams and on time delivery alongside internal stakeholder’s input.
  • Own creation and on‑going updates of system integration documentation.
  • Work with wider Systems team to ensure business requirements and process maps are clearly documented and disseminated.
  • Interpret, and represent the views of business stakeholders and implementation partner to reach consensus and viable solutions.
  • Identify, document and validate solutions gaps in a pro‑active nature.
  • Management of testing phases, and documenting acceptance criteria.
  • Provide training in line with train‑the‑trainer and knowledge share framework, to include owning creation of relevant training materials.
  • Be the Subject matter expert for system configuration, primarily iPaas and core business systems.
  • Any other tasks as requested to ensure iPaas and core system enhancements, and future projects, stay on track.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Ideally 3‑5 years of experience in software development utilising a variety of common system.
  • Prior experience of implementing and/or configuration and support of an iPaas solution, ideally through Workato, Boomi or Mulesoft, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in Python would be beneficial.
  • Experience in integration methods and technologies including web services, SOAP, JSON, REST, APIs, XML, automated.
  • Knowledge of EDI protocol and processes, SFTP, CSV, XML.
  • Experience in testing frameworks, and orchestration tools.
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL supporting legacy integration techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a commitment to adhering to best practices.
  • Highly motivated with very strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to balance competing initiatives, multi‑task between project development and customer support, and adapt to changing business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in and contributing to a team‑oriented, collaborative environment that values positive, collegial relationships among co‑workers.

Skills and Experience Desired

  • Experience designing and building AI solutions, including hands‑on development of MCP based components and integrations.
  • Knowledge of core Wholesale and Retail Business systems would be beneficial, including ERP (ideally Netsuite), PLM (ideally Centric) and POS (ideally Newstore).
  • Understanding of E‑Commerce and PIM systems desirable.
  • Knowledge of saved searches, reports and workbooks, Workflows, Suite scripts, Custom forms and fields, Roles.
  • Experience in systems support for a retail or fashion company would be beneficial.
