Job Purpose
To drive sales growth by promoting and selling oil and lubricant products. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver technical product knowledge to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and approach existing and potential customers
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support
KPIs & Targets
- Monthly/quarterly sales volume and revenue
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Product mix and upselling performance
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- If you have proven sales experience in oil, lubricants, chemicals, or industrial products (2+ years preferred) it would be a big plus
- Mindset of learning about our products (lubricants, oils, and their applications)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: £28,000 - £36,000 (+ £2,000 - £16,000 and more in bonuses based on growth & revenue increase; bonus is not capped, exceptional performance will lead to exceptional bonuses)
