We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our busy Transport team at Mannok. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administrative support and will be required to carry out such administrative tasks as deem necessary by the Manager including maintaining reports and general office duties.
Main Duties & Responsibility
- Maintain fleet & heavy plant database keeping all records up to date
- Maintain fleet Insurance Database
- Record PSV & Motor Expiry dates
- Apply for PSV Appointments
- Renew HGV and motor tax
- Raise order numbers for vehicle labour completed by a 3 rd party workshops
- Order receipting
- Deal with invoice queries on Mail Metric System
- Garage TMS
- H & S Hub – insurance for 3 rd party companies working on site
- Communicate information to drivers
- Update Safety hub with accident/incidents which may occur
- Monthly Fuel & Water Reading for accounts
The successful candidate must have the ability to provide efficient and effective administrative support and work successfully in a busy environment and under pressure, combined with the ability to organise their workload and display effective interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous experience of working within an administration and customer-focused environment is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential, whilst Knowledge of the AS400 System is desirable. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants should be highly computer literate.
