Mannok Precast Concrete is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Technical Sales Coordinator to join our Precast Concrete division based at 189 Ballyconnell Road, Derrylin, Co. Fermanagh.
In this multifaceted role, you will bridge the gap between engineering precision, commercial contract management, and regional brand marketing. You will act as the technical and legal anchor for our projects while actively driving brand visibility through targeted marketing initiatives.
The key role and responsibilities include:
- Estimating and Technical Quoting: prepare detailed material take-offs from engineering and architectural drawings, coordinate with contracts management for site analysis, issue precise commercial quotations, and provide technical advice to engineers and contractors.
- Contracts and Project Handover: review and manage construction contracts, deliver comprehensive documentation such as O&M manuals, ensure smooth handover to the team post client meetings, and analyse completed projects for continuous improvement.
- Marketing and Client Engagement: lead regional marketing efforts through content creation like testimonial videos and case studies, manage client relations including site visits and feedback, identify new commercial opportunities via databases and CRM, and oversee subcontractor platform memberships.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proven experience as a Technical Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Sales Engineer within heavy side building materials or structural manufacturing.
The ability to read, scale and interpret complex 2D and 3D layout drawings along with previous experience of Bluebeam, AutoCad or CRM/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills will be a distinct advantage.
An understanding of UK construction law JCT clauses and the legal liabilities of collateral warranties is desirable along with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders. The ability to travel to GB periodically will be required.
