What You Will Be Doing
- During the two-year Graduate Business Management Programme you will have the opportunity to rotate across the business, gaining vital experience in Operations, HR and Finance.
- Receive full in-house training from our senior management team and external training tailored to your personal development.
- Rotate between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry.
- Develop key management skills, from rostering to reporting, and have the opportunity to implement these directly.
- Collect information and report findings back to the team.
- Receive in-house training to develop into a future leader of the business.
- Take up positions within other areas of the business which may mean relocation around the UK.
Qualifications
- You are on course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree.
- For candidates who have studied, or are studying other disciplines and have a real interest in business and the care sector, please do apply.
- You are interested in developing a career within Care Management.
- A graduate with superb communication and written skills.
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
