This new surveyor will be working in culturally diverse and vibrant communities; apply if you are eager to make a big difference to the lives of our customers.

Salary: £40,700.34 plus £2,000 car allowance per annum

Location: Manor Row, Bradford

Hours: 37 hours per week

Period of Contract: Permanent

The Person

We are looking for someone to deliver our maintenance surveyor services that reflect our commitment to excellent customer service for all our customers. You will have the ability to develop and drive a performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and personal accountability, as well as the ability to lead and motivate your team and colleagues, ensuring that repairs and maintenance, a key front-line service, is delivered effectively and in line with best practice. Additionally, to lead on planning and executing the annual planned/component replacement programme.
