Manningham Housing Association is looking for an experienced and motivated Compliance Team Leader to lead our property compliance and health and safety functions. This is a key management role within our Property Services Team, responsible for ensuring MHA continues to meet its statutory and regulatory obligations across gas safety, fire safety, asbestos, electrical testing, legionella, lift maintenance and wider health and safety compliance.

You will manage and develop the Compliance Team, monitor contractor performance, oversee compliance KPIs, support asset data management, and prepare reports for senior managers, committees and the Board. The role will also involve supporting asset management planning, EPC compliance, net zero work, quality assurance and resident communication around property-related works.

We are looking for someone with strong property compliance knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to interpret complex technical and performance information clearly. You will be confident working with colleagues, contractors, residents and senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on safety, service improvement and regulatory assurance.
