Role: The Compliance Team Leader at Manningham Housing Association leads the Property Services Team’s property compliance and health and safety functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the Compliance Team.
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance KPIs are met.
- Supporting asset data management and preparing reports for senior managers, committees, and the Board.
- Supporting asset management planning, EPC compliance, net-zero work, quality assurance, and resident communication on property-related works.
- Interpreting complex technical and performance information clearly and facilitating communication with colleagues, contractors, residents, and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong property compliance knowledge.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret technical and performance data.
- Commitment to safety, service improvement, and regulatory assurance.
- Experience in gas safety, fire safety, asbestos, electrical testing, legionella, lift maintenance and wider health and safety compliance.
