Weekend Sales Negotiator

Overview

We are currently looking to recruit a Weekend Sales Negotiator for our busy Moortown office. If you have a confident and positive outlook, work well on your own initiative and thrive in a busy customer service environment, with great IT skills, then you could be what we need. Estate agency experience is desirable but not essential. Candidates with experience in sales, hospitality and the travel industry are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• To promote all Manning Stainton services to benefit our customers in line with our \”helping people move\” ethos
• Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities
• To undertake viewings when requested
• Ability to work under pressure within a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision
