We're looking for a strong Business Analyst with experience sitting between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The role sits within a Data & Analytics environment, supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions for Insurance and Financial Services clients.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, or Data & Analytics delivery roles.
  • Proven experience working as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business users and technical teams.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, user stories, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard requirements, KPI definition, reporting logic, and validation of delivered outputs.
  • Good understanding of data structures, reporting layers, and analytics delivery processes.
