Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of sales and business development experience, with strong experience in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG or related non-financial service industries.
- Proven track record of success in UK & EMEA markets, including ability to navigate regional and cultural nuances.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges in non-financial sectors (e.g., margin pressure, supply chain efficiency, inventory optimisation, digital commerce transformation) and how F&A, analytics, and digital solutions can drive value.
