Our Biotech client is seeking an experienced EA with a background in the biotech space to support the organization for 15-20 or so hours/week with administrative tasks including scheduling, emails, booking travel, and supporting the office with office management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Office management responsibilities including ordering office supplies, re-stocking kitchen, overseeing coffee machine and dishwasher, and supporting with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\βs degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10+ years experience as an EA supporting c-suite executives at a Biotech company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a part-time (15-20 or so hours/week) contract opportunity. This role will be onsite 1 day/week or so and the rest of the hours can be remote.
