Responsibilities include:
- Responsible procurement activities within the professional services category.
- Manage purchase requests of Professional Services Category, execute procurement, and maintain organized data records.
- Support project bidding by assisting in documentation, report preparation, and bid coordination.
- Conduct market research and data analysis for outsourced services, staffing, and consulting industries to support informed procurement decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above preferred.
- Collaborative team player with relevant procurement experience preferred.
- Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems.
- Work experience: 1 year or more relevant experience.
