Key Responsibilities:
Supporting line managers & HR in the delivery of an effective Employee Relations service
Supporting the organization through restructures
Supporting and processing recruitment activities and onboarding including employment contract drafting and first day induction
Preparing documentation during the employment cycle including contract change, probation etc.
Creating and updating people policies and procedures
Setting up learning and development interventions to meet the needs of the organization and recording training record
Managing external workforce relating to process
Ad Hoc duties as required
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in HR operations/ Degree in Human Resources or similar
Perform well under pressure
Agile and a quick learner
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Team orientated
Results focused
Confidence to work across all levels of the business
Good communication and presentation skills, in both English and Chinese
