Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a Fashion New Business & Growth Manager to join their business in the UK.

This role focuses on driving new business growth within the fashion e-commerce space. You will identify and onboard new brands, guide them through platform setup, and support their early-stage growth and revenue performance. The position operates in a fast-paced commercial environment, with clear targets around acquisition, activation, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new fashion brands through research, outreach, and networking
  • Pitch platform value propositions and tailor solutions to brand needs
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and initial setup
  • Support brands in defining their go-to-market and growth strategy
  • Drive partner activation and early revenue performance over the first 3–6 months
  • Own monthly targets across new partner acquisition, product onboarding, and sales growth
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and product positioning

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships
  • Exposure to e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles and handle objections
