Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider is recruiting for an Account Manager - Beauty on behalf of one of their International Social Media clients to join their organisation in the UK.
Job details:
- Position Type - FTE, 1 year with possibility of extension
- Start Date - ASAP
- Job Location: London, UK (Onsite 3 days per week, 2 days remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of incubating high-potential KA & SMB sellers by identifying their growth paths and supporting them in achieving key business milestones
- Deliver tailored solutions through a combination of 1:1 high-touch seller diagnosis (to uncover pain points and growth opportunities) and scalable horizontal enablement programs
- Lead and execute one incubation program end-to-end—covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation with support from strategy ie. Online matchmaking events, live webinars etc.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ideally 1+ year work experience in global e-commerce platform in the past
- 1+ year work experience in BD/Sales/Account management, preferably in E-Commerce
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
