We are seeking a Specialist to join the Global Platform Governance and Operations team. In this role, you will partner with sales, monetization strategy and other cross-functional teams to manage operational requests, improve processes, and ensure smooth execution of core business activities that enable scalability and long-term impact.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert related to business operations; provide on-call support and manage approval processes related to business operations queries from external and internal users.
Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems e.g. client set up, contract approval, billing & invoicing, book of business management etc.
Help users understand how to navigate systems and processes, handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting with speed & accuracy.
Design & evolve SOP\’s for standard processes, apply critical problem solving skills to identify improvement areas to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive adherence to SLA\’s, achieve set performance metrics, focus on user satisfaction.
Work closely with partner teams (e.g. sales, product, finance, legal etc) to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of Business Support or Business Operations experience managing multiple projects, experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues under pressure, with a \”can do\” attitude & eye for change.
Metrics driven, ability to multitask, manage day to day independently to meet required SLA\’s without sacrificing output quality.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (i.e. Google Ads Manager, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus.
Willingness to work non-standard hours/different shifts (i.e. 7am-3pm; 2-10pm) depending on team needs.
