Purpose of Role:

EMEA Procurement Specialist for low-value purchasing of Professional services, HR services, Travel and Customized goods category.

Responsibilities:

  • Below-Clip-Value (BCL) Procurement Category Management
  • Deliver flexible, efficient, and compliant BCL procurement support worldwide
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead robust implementation of solutions
  • Proactively address challenges and capitalise on optimisation opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate and promote collaboration with Procurement Category teams and regional operations
  • Respond promptly to category needs and mobilise internal/external resources
  • Ensure timely delivery of key projects while closely working with different teams
  • Stakeholder Support & Process Governance
  • Provide comprehensive support to upstream/downstream teams
  • Serve as the global process owner for BCL procurement projects
  • Deliver critical guidance to teams that manage data, system, process and vendors
  • Strategic Procurement Leadership
  • Develop BCL strategies for categories in charge
  • Lead project reviews to mitigate risks on a regular basis
  • Establish business-orientated vendor management methodology that benefits the Procurement Category teams and overseas teams

Minimum requirements:

  • Education & Experience
  • English proficiency as a primary working language.
  • 3+ years of procurement experience preferred , with at least 2-3 indirect categories management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time accredited program).
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills
  • Strategic systems thinking and logical analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills, with high professionalism and ethics.
  • Legal & Compliance Knowledge
  • Familiarity with procurement-related laws, local regulations, and basic supplier management principles.
  • Procurement Expertise
  • Proficient in business negotiation, cost control, and procurement category best practices.
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and resource coordination.
  • Personal Attributes
  • Mature, responsible, and adaptable with strong learning agility.
  • Resilient under pressure, solution-driven, and open to change and challenges.
