Responsibilities:
- Develop and champion Clients shops, tone of voice, ensuring it is prioritised across all touchpoints
- Conceptualise marketing campaigns for the brand, seasonal moments, brand partnerships and sales campaigns.
- Work across both Consumer and Seller marketing projects.
- Deliver best-in-class copy to help maintain and improve Clients Shop brand identity across all touchpoints
- Translate complex and jargon-based language into compelling Customer, Seller and Creator content
- Work across a variety of channels including Social, in-app, CRM, Blogs, landing pages, offline and digital.
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist, other team members and XFN partners at Client to answer briefs and support larger business goals
- Use SEO best practices to inform blogs, case studies and landing page content, while remaining true to the client\’s tone of voice.
- Digest and analyse creative briefs, turning them into engaging and impactful content for a multitude of marketing channels and campaigns
- Drive work from conception through to delivery on multiple projects across teams.
- Make confident copy decisions and bring others on the journey with you.
- Support the traffic management and project management of Brand & Creative Team BAU projects from ingestion through to delivery.
- Present ideas and creative work to multiple cross-functional teams in a convincing and influential way.
- Seek and listen to feedback, and use it to push the work further.
- Be an active member of the Brand & Creative Team, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the creative culture within the wider company
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in ideating and creating original creative content that targets a specific audience (Consumer (B2C) Merchant and Creators (B2B)).
- The ability to think long term and build a brand incrementally.
- Enthusiastic about the creative world and language, interested in staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new ideas into your work.
- Great communication and stakeholder-management skills, including building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities, required to be able to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews work carefully, quality control is key
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
