We are searching for our client, a global social media company, an EMEA Moderation Quality Assurance Specialist to join their business in the UK.
This role supports the company’s fast-growing e-commerce platform and focuses on moderation quality, policy accuracy, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work in a high-pace environment analysing moderation decisions, identifying quality gaps, and driving continuous improvement across moderation operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality assessments of moderation decisions across sellers, products, and content.
- Analyse moderation accuracy, quality metrics, and trends across multiple content categories.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on quality issues and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Support the development and optimisation of quality standards, KPIs, and inspection processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including policy, operations, and external partners.
- Prepare quality reports and contribute to calibration activities to ensure consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in moderation quality, trust & safety, or e-commerce quality analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with metrics, dashboards, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with BPO or external operations teams is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or platform governance.
- Exposure to moderation policy development or enforcement.
