Location: Manchester
As a Junior Ecommerce Assistant at Manire De Voir, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our online store and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working closely with our Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams, you'll assist in maintaining and improving the website, ensuring products, content, and visuals are presented to the highest standard.

What You'll Do
- Website & Product Management
- Support the setup and maintenance of product listings, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
- Help monitor site performance, checking for broken links, errors, or issues that could impact the customer experience.
- Assist in updating homepage banners, landing pages, and category layouts in line with marketing campaigns and launches.
- Work with the Ecommerce and Creative teams to make sure all online content reflects the Manire De Voir brand.
- User Experience (UX) Support
- Help gather customer feedback and website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in reviewing website navigation, visuals, and product presentation to ensure a smooth and engaging shopping journey.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing usability, layout, and functionality across desktop and mobile.
- Conversion & Performance Optimisation
- Support the Ecommerce team in tracking performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Help with A/B testing initiatives and record findings for review.
- Assist in implementing small changes and updates aimed at improving customer experience and driving sales.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and external developers to ensure website updates and campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
- Help communicate feedback and assist in testing new features or improvements before launch.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay up to date with ecommerce and fashion industry trends.
- Take part in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

- You have 1+ year of experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail role (or relevant internship experience).
- You're highly organised with great attention to detail.
- You have a basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or similar).
- You're interested in learning about UX, web analytics, and conversion optimisation.
- You're confident using Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with digital tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar (training can be provided).
