The Junior Healthcare Account Manager supports key client relationships, sales operations, and internal coordination to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role involves sales order processing, project coordination, account growth, training delivery, marketing assistance, and system management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow into a full account management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Place sales orders within 24–48 hours of receiving client purchase orders (CPO).
- Verify CPOs match quotes; resolve discrepancies with the sales team.
- Create accurate Sales Orders (SORs) in D365 and attach all supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal sales support to ensure smooth order bookings.
Invoicing & Delivery Coordination
- Invoice customers upon shipment or milestone completion, per commercial terms.
- Upload shipping and delivery documents (e.g., POD) into D365 for compliance.
- Join Order Booking (OB) meetings to align on process and timing.
Quoting & Commercial Proposals
- Assist with quotes and customized proposals.
- Support full RFP/RFI response processes in collaboration with senior team members.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of accounts under guidance; conduct monthly calls and support site visits.
- Assist with upselling RFID and software solutions.
- Develop long-term client satisfaction and ensure solution adoption.
- Build strategic relationships with operations to support account health and retention.
- Follow up on inbound leads and support marketing campaigns.
- Attend events, webinars, and exhibitions to generate interest and promote solutions.
- Contribute to account review preparation and customer engagement campaigns.
KPIs & Performance
- Meet and exceed KPIs including pipeline support activity, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on progress.
